If your planning a holiday in the uk instead of going to London like everybvody does go to the english riviera which includes the towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. If you have got chrildren you can go crabbin in Brixham and the best thing about crabbin is it doesnt cost a lot of money. In paignton you can go on the stream railway or you can do the round robin which includes going on the steam train, then on to the ferry and catching a bus back to paignton. If you go in the summer you can catch the paignton carnival which has a good firework display, you can also learn to sailboard at Paignton, their is a cinema in paignton but the one at Newton Abbott is cheaper as they have a special price on mondays. Torquay has got ten pin bowling and if you go in the evening they turn the lights of, theres also the model village the parking is expensive as it is council controlled. If you are going self catering Landscove is a good holiday park to stay at and you can walk into the town from it, if your fit enough you can take the cliff walk into the town which is the more scenic route.
